Artist says: "Large original abstract painting. In the presented work, the artist works with the form, deliberately simplifying it. Thus, depicting a lily as a generalized image, he strives to create a symbol of a flower. This is facilitated by a contrasting colour field, which differs from the usual "flower" colour. A complex grey-brown taupe, framing the silhouette of a lily with a backlight, immerses her in a space permeated with light. Expressive texture makes the image at the intersection of abstract and figurative painting. The work is signed on the back and includes a certificate of authenticity."
